This year due to the economic climate we are using the power of the web for administration, to take registration fees securely online and to increase support for these charities by providing online sponsorship pages for those who would like them.
We are honouring the memory of Seamus Keating this year.
Séamus was a keen cyclist who suffered a serious accident on his bike last
summer and, after enduring surgery and paralysis for months, tragically died on
St Stephen’s Day. His family are indebted to the National Rehabilitation Centre
in Dun Laoghaire for their superb care and kindness and, therefore, this year,
half of the amount raised by this Cycle Rally will be donated to that
institution in his memory with the remainder going to CUH Childrens Club to provide holidays for sick children.
